Self Confidence and Self Esteem and Relationships The effect of all forms of poor self confidence on sufferers and a the people who care for them can be great putting enormous pressures on relationships. Help for the sufferer and the carers is available. Read on to find out more about this condition and how I can help both the people suffering with low self confidence and the people who care for them. What causes low self confidence? Many people suffer anxiety and depression because they have low self esteem, poor self image or lack self confidence. Often the symptoms of low self esteem and low self confidence begin in childhood and continues right into adulthood. What are the symptoms of low self confidence? People with low self esteem and self confidence can go through life not knowing that the cause of many of their disappointments in life lies within themselves. Perhaps you have trouble meeting people, perhaps you don't seem to get the acknowledgements you deserve. Perhaps you work very hard but don't seem to progress in you chosen area of career. Perhaps you don't seem to be able to hold down a fulfilling relationship. Any of these situations can indicate the presence of low self esteem or self confidence. What are the benefits of building self confidence? The treatment for these issues is simple, very effective and will change your life. With a new level of self confidence and self esteem, meeting people will be easy. With increased self confidence and self esteem you will find that career opportunities will find you. With increased levels of self confidence you will overcome the creeping anxiety and depression that seems to have invaded your life. These two areas of life should not be overlooked. If you want more success and happiness then it is imperative that you give yourself a self image overhaul. It is often fun and non-threatening. Who would benefit from building self confidence? Who would benefit from self confidence or self esteem improvements. The answer is everyone. However some people confuse self confidence or self esteem with arrogance. Self confidence is not the same as arrogance. A self confident people is confident enough to realise that every person is valuable and different. People who are self confident know that their differences as well as their similarities that make them valuable. While on the other hand the arrogant person believes they are better than others. The arrogant person lacks true self confidence and their self esteem is often fragile. That is why they have to put constantly putpeople down in order to build themselves up. The other side of the equation is the person who minimises themself. These people believe that they are not as valuable as others. Nothing could be further from the truth. What ever the reason you may lack self confidence or have low self esteem you can be helped. Even if you normally have self confidence but life has knocked you off track a bit I will be able to help you get yourself on track again.
