Relationship Counselling Every day I consult with people looking for help with their relationship. Sometimes I work with couples while at other times I work with individuals make decisions about their situation. Regardless of the reasons why people seek my help I am confident I can help.People seek relationship counselling for many reasons Sometimes they are confused about their feelings for one another. Sometimes they have had a break down in communications. Sometimes the problem is that one person of the other is suffering some kind of set back in life, such as a loss of a job, the loss of a loved one or the loss of health and this is causing distress in their relationship. Sometimes one or both people suffer anxiety or depression or some health concern that add distress to the relationship. Sometimes it's simply because counselling can help you make very difficult decisions, while at other times counselling can turn your relationship around and then help it flourish. Many people are very confused when they seek help. Often they don't know if they should leave or they should or stay. It can seem like you are trapped and no options seem good. Counselling can help you get out of the trap, make the decisions you need to make and begin to enjoy the type of life and relationship you deserve. How do you know when you need relationship counselling? This is a good question and the answer can seem complex. However some of the indicators that show you that you need relationship counselling are, a lack of affection in your relationship; a break down of trust and communications, an increase in arguing in the relationship, a general lack of enthusiasm for anything that has to do with the relationship. In more serious cases it is the loss of safety as in the case of domestic violence. At all times the approach I use puts you and your needs first. You are always front and centre. I always respect you pass no judgements and aim to help you the best way I can. As with all services that I provide the methods I use have been proven to work. Not only this but I always work with you in ways that suit you and in ways that you find comfortable.
