FAQ's What you can expect from me You Can Talk Freely with Me. Regardless of your situation and I will listen with out judgement or criticism. Often the simple act of talking to someone with a professional point of view is enough to resolve your worries and concerns. Professionals give you the benefits of privacy, knowledge and experience that friends and family may not be able to provide. If you have tried seeking help from people you still don't feel satisfied then it is time to get a professional opinion. I use methods that have been scientifically researched. So you can be sure that what ever I recommend has a proven history. If I am unable to help you, I will let you know and then I will recommend people or services from my referral network who can help you. I will take the time to find the cause or causes of your problem I believe that the reason I get effective results is because I focus on finding and eliminating the cause of your issues. The benefit to you is that you get the quickest possible and most lasting results. This approach is far more effective and less time consuming in the end than trying to minimise or avoid the symptoms of a problem. You don't have to relive the past to fix the way we feel about the past. It's important to learn from the past and to understand the past but we don't have to relive the past to make changes in the present. Therapy, Coaching or Hypnotherapy doesn't have to be scary or upsetting. In fact it is often fun. I will adapt my style to suit you and the way you learn. Some people need relationship counselling or marriage counselling. While some people need individual counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy or coaching. Some people simply need to learn new skills while other people want to do a program. Often people need a combination of all of the above. I provide you with a flexible and effective approach that draws on expert skills and knowledge from Counselling, Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and Psychotherapy. What to look for when choosing a Profession Therapist or Coach When looking for the right professional help it's very important you choose someone who maintains high standards in skills, knowledge and professionalism. Like all professional therapists and coaches I follow a program of ongoing education and clinical supervision. Because I believe in the importance of continually improving my knowledge and skills you can be sure that you're getting the most up to date and effective help available. Who ever you choose should be a member of the National Association. This way you can be sure that they meet Australian standards in knowledge, expertise and practice. I am fully qualified and a member of C.A.P.A the Counsellors and Psychotherapist's Association of NSW, P.A.C.F.A the Psychotherapist and Counsellors Federation of Australia and A.A.C.B.T the Australian Association of Cognitive, Behavioural Therapists. Fees The fees for all services are 100.00 per half hour. Half hour appointments are not available for all services.
