Depression Counselling In Relationships What is Depression Counselling? Depression counselling is as the name implies, Counselling for depression. It is important to note however that there are a number of approaches in the treatment of depression. They begin with simple good advice and problem solving for the simplest mildest forms of depression. Then comes Counselling which is suitable for mild to moderate forms of depression, then comes Psychotherapy for moderate levels of depression and finally Medication for severe forms of depression. What seperates these approaches are a number of complex factors, however the most important question for you is how you know whether you need counselling for depression, psychotherapy for depression or medication for depression. Who needs Depression Counselling? Because this is a very important question I believe that you should simply come in for an assessment and I will be able to determine the approach that will best suit you and your situation. I can assure you that if I can't help you myself I will be able to direct you to someone who can. What is the next step? If you believe that you or someone you're concerned about is depressed please call for an appointment.
