Relationship Coaching for Couples What is relationship couching? The process of relationship coaching which was developed by Griffith University, focusses on the six key areas that make a relationship successful. Self Directed Change, Relationship Vision and Enhancement, Communications, Conflict Resolution, Acts of Intimacy and Love, Sexual Intimacy. Working through the program a couple or individual will learn what it takes to make a relationship work. How to create open transparent communications. How to make conflict bring you closer together rather than tear you apart. How to create spontaneousness, love and affection through important behaviours that often become ignored. Finally how to make your sex life as exciting an fun as possible. Who would benefit from relationship couching? Any people who believes their relationship is beginning to become boring, or if you find yourself entangled in a cycle of arguement or if you find yourself feeling generally disatisfied. Other people would benefit from relationship coaching because they want to enhance their relationships and take them to the next level of love and intimacy. What to do next? If you would like to give your relationship a boost then call for an appointment and make a booking to find out how I can help.
